With a nursing experience of over 30 years and having been the Deputy Manager at The Farthings for 10 years, Karen took up the role as the Home Manager at the start of 2024.
With extensive leadership, management and nursing experience, Karen has been able to steer The Farthings to greater heights in a very short span.

Business Manager
Having been the Home Manger at The Farthings for 10 years and having held previous regional leadership roles, Diane took up the role as a Business Manager in 2024.
With her extensive knowledge of the care industry, finance and business, Diane has been playing an instrumental role in reshaping The Farthings to become a home of choice for the local community.

David Wilson
Head Chef
With over 30 years of culinary experience with most recently working in a specialist care environment, Dave joined The Farthings in 2025 as the Head Chef.
He has been a great addition to the leadership team which has allowed the culinary experiences at The Farthings to become second to none providing our residents a choice of treats every single day of the week making their days special.
